It was evident that their attention was solely focused on their computer screen, making my daughter and me feel as though we were intruding upon their tasks. Our attempts to seek additional information about the available mattresses were met with hurried and incomprehensible responses. The representative appeared eager to rush through the details, leaving us struggling to grasp a mere 20% of what was conveyed. This blatant disregard for our queries made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers seeking assistance. Despite our best efforts to maintain a polite and understanding demeanour, the interaction only deteriorated. Our attempts to seek clarification on certain aspects were met with swift and curt answers, once again highlighting the representative's disinterest in providing comprehensive assistance. The overall impression we were left with was that our inquiries were disrupting their computer-related activities, fostering an environment of frustration and disrespect. Regrettably, we proceeded with a purchase based solely on our limited understanding and the impression we got from the mattress samples. The consequences of this decision have been dire, as the mattress we bought has proven to be a source of significant discomfort. Both my daughter and I now wake up each morning with considerable back pain, indicating that the mattress is not suitable for our needs. This experience underscores the critical importance of receiving accurate and thorough guidance during the purchasing process, guidance that was woefully lacking in our case. In light of the above, I feel compelled to inform you that due to the subpar service and lack of professional assistance, we have decided not to make any further purchases from your establishment. As a consumer who had hoped for a positive and fulfilling shopping experience, I am disheartened by the outcome and the subsequent impact on our well-being.
