“Got this bed over a month ago for my daughter and it’s amazing I regret not getting one for myself now; it was easy to order, sales team responded fast and delivery was within a day or two. Definitely recommend National mattress!”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“The description says 75 Inches long, salesperson also confirmed it. However, the actual length is only closed to 72 inches. For someone over 6 feet tall, it's definitely not comfortable; I purposely asked for the 75" length mattress for my height. I did contact the customer service by email (this is the only way) and it's been more than 6 weeks now, the last reply told me the shortage of the length is very standard. I am not sure about the law if that's legal to have different size from the advertising description. If I knew it is 72" in length only, I would consider to buy another brand name but the information was misleading me. The customer service is still not got back to me yet after I questioned the description issue and if there is another mattress has 75 inches long, very disappointed.”

“I love this mattress. I've had it for a while now and it's still firm and very comfortable. I'd gotten one from another company in the past and it lost its firmness within a month. This one is far better than the other one. Better quality. I will definitely be buying again in the future.”
