How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“The pillow is too high and firm. I tried this pillow with different mattresses but it's not comfortable with any of them. I needed something for good neck support while sleeping, and it's actually worse than many regular pillows that I have. Can't even return it because of their so called "personal item" policy. Waste of $60.”

“It is comfortable but it is bigger than normal pillows. You will need to purchase a bigger pillow sleeve to accomodate its length.”

“Although foam chips can be added or taken out but the pillows did not support our neck during the night. Later we found foam pillows at JYSK that met our needs.”
