“Disappointing after-sale service National Mattress sold me a mattress and supporting foundation together, but when significant support problems developed, I could not get a clear answer as to whether the foundation they supplied met the mattress manufacturer’s support requirements. What followed was roughly two months and 30 pages of correspondence, changing requirements, repeated photographs and measurements, and information that raised serious questions about whether a manufacturer assessment National Mattress represented as completed had actually occurred in the manner described. Despite all of this, there was no physical inspection, practical remedy, or clear guidance. I eventually stopped pursuing the process and resolved the support issue myself. Almost two years after the original purchase, National Mattress emailed asking me to review my experience. This is it.”
