How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“It took me a while to get used to the pillow since I used to sleep on a softer pillow before. But once I got used to it, it felt amazing. My head just sinks in and I no longer have any kind of neck pain (which used to happen with my previous pillow). The cooling gel isn't exactly cooling but it gives me good sleep irrespective. Definitely worth the price especially when you compare it to a Sleep Country or even Ikea for that matter.”

“Awesome pillow. I'm a side sleeper, the memory foam cups my resting head nicely, but does not sink too much. It is just right. 10/10 recommend, I sleep great with it”
