“Very happy with my purchase. The first mattress had a couple of stains on it when I took it out of the plastic however customer service was excellent and addressed the matter immediately. They replaced the mattress hassle free. When the first mattress came, I wasn't happy with the delivery process as the delivery guys stated they would not bring the mattress to my front door (in an apartment) and I'd have to get it from the lobby. When the second mattress came, they brought it to the front door and grabbed the other one. I found you had to request for this to actually take place. I am very pleased with the mattress overall!”

“Nice firm mattress for back support. It was delivered rolled up and puffed back to regular size in about 2 days. This was very convenient since I didn't have to book the elevator in my condo to bring it up. No complaints, happy with my purchase.”

“Amazing how a mattress weapped up in a bag can form back to become a proper mattress. We are very happy with it - there was no smell, it completely went to size within 48-72hrs, and it’s just as firm as described.”
