“This is our third purchase at National Mattress and unfortunately this one turned out to be a bad one. The Galaxy mattress delivered to us is visibly deformed and sagging from the corners and edges. It's been a month and we've had back and neck pains. We have requested a return and refund to be able to purchase a different mattress and it will definitely not be a Galaxy. Hope National Mattress will help resolve this and get us a refund.”
