How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“I had to exchange my previous mattress for this mattress. When I tested it out in stores, it was a lot more comfortable as it has a gel pillow top. The mattress that was delivered, the pillow top wasn't as comfortable compared to the one in the store. Overall, my lower back pain is not as painful as it was with the previous mattress. I had a firm mattress previously and it was causing lower back pain every night/morning. This mattress is comfortable. Still in the form side but the gel pillow top helps with reducing my back pain.”

“Love my mattress from start to finish the process was hassle free. I never knew I would be buying a mattress on site at first I was a bit reserved, but best decision. I can finally wake up without feeling like I was hit by a Mack truck”
