The NM Hi-loft Elite 12" medium firm Euro top mattress is designed for combination sleepers who change positions through the night. It features 1,000 individually wrapped Hi-Loft pocket coils, made in Canada, for a balanced feel. The mattress also includes a VLS Cool Gel Memory Foam comfort layer that pulls heat away from the body, and a SoftLux breathable cotton cover that allows for airflow. The foam encasement edge guard provides a stable edge for sitting and sleeping. This mattress is made in Canada and comes with a 365-night sleep trial. It's available in a Twin XL size and is certified by CertiPUR-US for fiberglass-free foams.

“The quality is very good for the price. However, I don't find the mattress as described at all. This mattress is on the very firm end of medium-firm. The description of "deep body-hugging contour" and "plush layers that embrace your body" is wildy inaccurate. The plush layers are minimal with minimal body contouring. I can almost feel springs as I sleep. Also, be aware if you order this out of province and try to return it: you are on the hook to find your own donation partner or disposal - which may cost you significant amounts. They don't state this anywhere on the website.”

“Very disappointed with my purchase. I had purchased 2 Galaxy XL Mattresses, each with a specified height of 12 inches, but none of them expanded to 12inches. They have expanded only 10 inches in height. Also, the design on the top of the mattress I received differs from the one displayed on the website. While the aesthetic isn't my primary concern, it does add to the uncertainty regarding the accuracy of the product. It has been a month since I addressed this issue to the customer service and still no resolution.”
