How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“Supposed to be 8" thick but is actually under 7" . Not only is a 7" mattress cheaper it leaves a 2" gap with my head board. They said it is within the manufacturer's defect range. I bought from another company and that mattress fits perfectly.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Plush

“From my understanding, this mattress is rated as medium-firm; however, we've found out that it is on the soft side -- too soft in fact, and am a little disappointed. It's for my son and he seems to like it, thus the 3 stars (and not 2 stars).”
