The NM Orthopedic Plus 10" extra-firm Euro top mattress is designed for back and stomach sleepers who need dependable support. It features a 360-coil double-tempered steel core under a single high-density foam comfort layer, providing a no-sink sleeping experience. The mattress is built to last, with a heat-tempered 12.5-gauge steel coil core that lifts your weight and resists sag. It also features zoned lumbar support, a reinforced centre zone that holds the hips level for a neutral spine. The edge guard reinforced perimeter allows you to sleep to the rim and sit on the side comfortably. The breathable cotton-blend cover promotes airflow on a firm surface, while the CertiPUR-US certified foam in the comfort layer is fiberglass-free and low in VOCs. Assembled in Canada, this mattress comes with a 365-night sleep trial.

“The NM 10” Extra-Firm Euro Top Mattress is very firm and supportive, ideal for back or stomach sleepers. It’s durable, breathable, and stable, but not soft or plush. Great for support-focused sleep, not for cushioning comfort.”

“It's too firm and we have requested many times for an exchange. Every time we are given different excuses. The website and invoice clearly says I have 100 days for exchange. I have send more than 3 emails and spoken to different customers service representative. Very disappointed with the service.”
