The NM Orthopedic Plus 10" extra-firm Euro top mattress is designed for back and stomach sleepers who need dependable support. It features a 360-coil double-tempered steel core under a single high-density foam comfort layer, providing a no-sink, extra-firm sleeping surface. The mattress is 10 inches tall and has a breathable cotton-blend cover for airflow. It also features zoned lumbar support and an edge guard reinforced perimeter for added stability. The NM Orthopedic Plus mattress is assembled in Canada and comes with a 365-night sleep trial. It is made with CertiPUR-US certified foam, which is fiberglass-free and has low VOCs.

“I really hate super soft mattresses so I decided to get the NM Back Support III Matress and all I can say is for anyone who needs a sturdy but comfy mattress please give this a try. My back immediately felt relief, and it's not so firm that you feel like you're on the ground. I've had this mattress close to a month now and it feels the same way I got it from National Mattress. Highly Recommend!!”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“Soft top, nice and firm springs. Hopefully they last. Slept on it for a month and I am very happy so far. My only complaint is that the edges are springy and not as firm as I would like. Delivery was quick and excellent. Customer service was good and very helpful with changing my order.”
