How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“I am not happy with this mattress. The website rated its firmness as 11/10, but I would call it a 7/10 at best. This is unfortunate since I prefer a firm mattress, and my back has been hurting sleeping on this mattress for over a month. If you need something firm - stay away from this. I would have never purchased this if it wasn't for the high firm rating, which I think is completely false. Now I'm stuck with this mattress or will have to shell out more money for another mattress if I want to wake up not sore.”

“I've been sleeping on the NM Back Support III Euro Top Mattress for a few weeks now, and I couldn't be happier! It's incredibly comfortable, providing the right balance of support and softness. The Euro top adds an extra layer of plushness that feels luxurious without sacrificing firmness. I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and I wake up refreshed and pain-free. How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“I recently made my second purchase from National Mattresses, opting for an upgrade to an extra firm mattress. While paying, I informed the associate that I would be unavailable to answer calls on the delivery date due to work commitments, so I provided an alternate contact number. However, on the delivery day, I received three calls while I was at work and, as expected, I couldn't answer them. Unfortunately, no calls were made to the alternate number I had provided. I contacted customer service, and the representative promised to provide a resolution within five minutes after consulting with his team lead. Sadly, I did not receive a call back for over an hour. When I called customer service again, the person I spoke with acknowledged that they had failed to call the alternate number and rescheduled a new delivery. This required me to wait an additional two days, even though I had already been waiting three days for the initial delivery, despite paying for the mattress upfront. I requested a supervisor call to discuss the matter further. However, when the supervisor called, I felt my concerns were dismissed and that there was little empathy, given that the payment had already been made. This experience was quite disappointing. I had hoped for better customer support, especially considering this was my second purchase. Unfortunately, I can't recommend National Mattresses based on this experience.”
