How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“It does its job, however, there seems to be some defect products. I ordered two split XL ones for my King size mattress and the two were different height, so making the mattress to be unlevel. Yet I contacted the national matress and they were able to fix the issue in the end. There were some hassles aoong the way in getting the product exchange.”
