“False Advertising—It is not firm at all, in fact it is quite soft and sinks wherever you sit. I specifically orders this mattress because it claimed to be firm, which i need for my neck and back problem. I have been sleeping on it for 2 months now and I haven’t seen any benefit. It is false advertising and if I return it, I will get store credit and no refund. And I am not sure if I trust the store to provide me with an actual firm mattress the second time.”

If you are an adult with back problems we suggest that you take advantage of our 90-day comfort guarantee and exchange the mattress for something more suitable for your needs.
