“False Advertising—It is not firm at all, in fact it is quite soft and sinks wherever you sit. I specifically orders this mattress because it claimed to be firm, which i need for my neck and back problem. I have been sleeping on it for 2 months now and I haven’t seen any benefit. It is false advertising and if I return it, I will get store credit and no refund. And I am not sure if I trust the store to provide me with an actual firm mattress the second time.”

Hi Hassan, this is a 6” mattress mostly suitable for small children. If you are an adult with back problems we suggest that you take advantage of our 90-day comfort guarantee and exchange the mattress for something more suitable for your needs.
