How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Plush

“In store experience was great. However, when we open the mattress there were problems right away. The mattress was to big by approximately 1.5inces to fit in our king size frame. Once we laid on the mattress we found out very quickly that the form mattress we had ordered was softer then some pillows I have laid on. This is not good for a person with back issues. The mattress came vacuum sealed and we had no way to get it back to the store. I contacted customer service and they did not respond d for over a week. By that time we had purchased a new mattress. We now find our selves with a completely unusable king size mattress sitting against the wall in our room. When customer service was told of this the offered us an exchange at no charge. This would ha e been great if they would have gotten back to us in time. Being that we had purchased a new mattress already I asked to exchange for a box spring and was told that it’s not credit but actually a mattress exchange. Very poor experience that remains unresolved.”
