How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“This is a comfortable bed and it is not as high as other mattresses so easier to get in and out of the bed for kids. We returned the first mattress we ordered due to the hight and were very pleased with how the replacement went. We needed to submit pics of the mattress to show that it remained clean and in perfect condition. Then they authorized our switch. We chose the new mattress, paid for it and when they delivered the new one they picked up the first one which we had placed in the plastic bag. Once that first mattress arrived back at NM, they fully refunded the cost of the initial mattress.”
