“The experience was smooth and exciting. I have had this persistent back pain for a while and tried different mattresses. I decided to opt for a mattress without coil nor out of the box. I searched online and the visibility of NM is so phenomenal that what I was looking for popped up so quickly and I placed my order. They offered to move the mattress up to my bedroom for a very little fee compared to the stress of pivoting the mattress past my staircase. The delivery guys were professional and completed the move in a short time. The product is exactly as I though it would be and the back pain is completely gone!”

“it was Less firm than expected as Extra firm. Feels between Firm and Medium The original tag was cut from the mattress - I informed Natiionalmattress but they didn't take action to replace it after 3 weeks of purchase the mattress started sugging in 3 weeks of use and created very uncomfortable sleep”
