“It's one of my worst purchase in my life. Sagging after couple weeks sleep. Even though the mattress is flippable. Sag in the middle on each side. Super super disappointed. Wasted my $600. Want to have my money back. So regret why not buy the mattress from Costco with extremely good return policy.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“We are very very satisfied with the quality of the mattress. The firmness is just right for us. We’ve used it for over a month now and the mattress has remained comfortable while our bodies have adjusted to it. We are loving it now even more than the first day. Really appreciated that the quality, firmness and simple buying and delivery experience was exactly as described, no drama, no nonsense.”
