“I’m actually a physiotherapist, and unfortunately have back pain sometimes. Just mattress is absolutely what I would recommend to most people with back pain, excellent very firm support, but not rock hard. I started using hard for mattresses only several years ago because these have the best your ability as evidenced by the 25 year warranty on this item.”
