The NM Cozy Air 12-inch medium firm memory foam mattress is designed for back, side, and combination sleepers. It features a 4.5-inch comfort stack with 2.5 inches of cool gel memory foam over 2 inches of soft foam, providing a comfortable and breathable sleeping surface. The mattress also includes a 3D Air-Knit Performance Fabric and an 8-inch NM HD+ High Density Support Core, which provides a sturdy base for the mattress. The Cozy Air mattress is made in Canada and comes with a 365-night sleep trial. It is also certified by CertiPUR-US and is free from fiberglass. The mattress is 12 inches tall and is available in a king size.

“I emailed the support team within a week letting them know how hard this mattress was and I felt like I was sleeping on a pièce of plywood and I was waking up with back pain. The following week I sent another email after that a phone call cause of no responses. They sent me a form to fill out that everyone should be aware of..you see I bought a foam mattress that didn't come In a box or a bag, it was wrapped up tightly by tape and as per they're policy I was to keep the tape that it was wrapped in? Ridiculous it hasn't been a month the mattress has a protective pad which I bought separately I sent all the original tags and all I wanted was a softer mattress. Don't buy here don't deal with this kind of service let alone what I paid for , to sleep on a piece of plywood horrible! Looking into more reputable mattresses now, I learned my lesson here.”
