“The delivery person was very friendly and helpful! The website was easy to use, could compare various mattresses. The prices are decent for the quality. The mattress seems decent so far. At the bottom of the mattress, I could feel the coil springs. It is lightly covered at the bottom. If there is no support directly under the mattress, like a box set or a wooden panel, the springs can easily pop out over time. The top layer seems to have medium support. It’s not as firm as I would have liked but also not completely saggy/soft either. Overall, the price matches the quality.”

“Doesn’t look anything like that. I ordered it for the colours and the top is white, the sides are grey. This isn’t an accurate picture of the product. I am very upset about this.”

Hi Megan, this mattress is made with factory-select clearout fabrics, so the appearance may change from batch to batch. It is not an issue for most customers as you will not see the fabrics once you put your bedsheets over the mattress. We have tried to make this clear in the product description.
