How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“The delivery person was very friendly and helpful! The website was easy to use, could compare various mattresses. The prices are decent for the quality. The mattress seems decent so far. At the bottom of the mattress, I could feel the coil springs. It is lightly covered at the bottom. If there is no support directly under the mattress, like a box set or a wooden panel, the springs can easily pop out over time. The top layer seems to have medium support. It’s not as firm as I would have liked but also not completely saggy/soft either. Overall, the price matches the quality.”
