“I ordered the a box spring mattress, it’s not v great plus I had ordered a queens box from the store, which was mentioned double box in the invoice, I requested to cancel the box order and sent it back to the store, almost a month back, have’nt received the refining back. NM guys don’t even bother responding to my mails to acknowledge the refund amount, how unprofessional can that be, very disappointed with the store.”

“I bought the 2" because my mattress is so large but I probably could have bought the 4". Perhaps a display of them in the store would be helpful.”
