“Absolutely sad with the service I received. I bought a box frame with this, but they sent me a queen size instead of full (and I ordered the correct one). While your mattresses and website are great, and I wish you great growth and success with your brand in the future, it's just it was disappointing because I sent an email and no one bothered to correct their error.”
