“It was the wrong item, very unreliable, they supposed change it, but never did , I wasted $400.00 for nothing and I wouldn’t never shop there . Worse experience.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“I will start by saying that things have definitely changed. The older 9-inch box spring we replaced indeed had springs in it. The new 4-inch "boxspring" is just wood slats nailed together. However, this National Mattress "boxspring" design is well-made. I have no complaints at all. Delivery was a breeze. Price was fair. I had asked that the old boxspring be removed, but they couldn't do it because it needed to be wrapped in plastic. Apparently for health reasons, but seroiusly, who would have plastic big enough for a boxspring of any size? Anyhow, great company to deal with, and I do recommend them highly.”

“The height of my bed is just right now. Thanks to my 4” box spring which is light and sturdy. Makes getting down and getting up so easy.”
