How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Plush

“The boxspring is total garbage. It is not a solid foundation in the least, it flexes in the middle sagging the mattress and knocks on the bed slats with the smallest of movements. We have tried to get help from the support department but we have been met with rude, condescending, crazy making. They claim that he product is as it should be. We are unable to return or exchange because it’s not in the original packaging, like there would be any chance of us leaving it in that dirty plastic. We are disappointed and will be forced to just eat the cost and purchase another product from another retailer. Please go to the store and check out the quality of their products before you buy.”

“It was nice to be able to find a box spring that isn't so thick. It did make some creaking sounds the first night, but has been fine since. Both myself and my partner are larger built.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“We replaced our traditional box spring with the Low Profile 4" platform because our new mattresss with the old box spring was too high. Now our bed is low enough but rather than a good solid bed we now have a mattress that sink down when we lie on it. It's like having our old mattress back that we replaced because there were deep impressions where our bodies sleeping. I think the new 4" platform does not provide and adequate foundation for the new expensive mattress.”

“Nice and firm but still soft and comfortable. Great for my 4 yr old to grow into.”
