“I’d love to rate this bed but as it turns out, it never arrived. I was told the arrival date and got a confirmation email and sms with the time it’ll be dropped off. It never came. Called customer service, someone answered 1 hour after being on hold. Told me the delivery was moved to next day. I said okay, I’ll wait. Tomorrow comes and no delivery. I call customer service they tell me it should’ve been delivered, then tell me to call the warehouse. I call, no one answers. Call customer service again and they tell me that the problem was that the bed is out of stock. That I can get a refund or buy something else. Mind you, all these calls took basically the whole day, so I choose the refund because by now I haven’t slept in a bed for 5 days. Agent tells me “next time, don’t order something out of stock”. So I kindly suggest “next time” don’t sell products out of stock on your site and then blame it on the customer. Overall 0/10 experience taking into account all the obstacles I had to go through to find out what happened to my order and then being blamed for something that was NOT my fault.”
