How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“Unhappy. I can feel every spring. Needed to add a firm topper and still feel it very wobbly. Wanted to replace the mattress but the replacement system is way too complicated and there is a strong pushback that it did not make any sense. I finally just resignated to keep it and try to make it work with an extra firm topper, which cost me more than the mattress itself; and still the mattress is way too wobbly as if sleeping on waves.”

“I purchased two mattress one of them was this spring one and they both were very soft and comfortable for sleeping.Good products worth the money.”
