“The worst mattress that I have ever had to lay on, National Mattress should NOT use the word orthopedic on the description because it's a flamboyant lie. It doesn't have the o of orthopedic.”

“Came damaged, when asked given a minimal discount, after severe back ache asked for a replacement, then charging $95 in fees. Really bad service”

“I want to start by reviewing the product, the mattress is as promised on the website's description and absolutely justifies it's monetary value. It is firm and springy and will probably last me a good 7-8 years. I was a little iffy before I ordered online instead of going in store but took the chance and I'm glad I did. Secondly, I want to thank National Mattress for their service.. I ordered the NM Orthopedic Classic Mattress a week before moving into my new house. Since I ordered it to be delivered to my house because I don't drive, I really thought I would have to sleep on the carpet for the first few days... but National Mattress surprised me very pleasantly. The mattress was delivered within a week. The delivery person was extremely kind to have coordinated the drop off when I wasn't home. He even dropped it off inside my house instead of throwing it on my driveway like I have experienced in the past. I will not hesitate to refer National mattress to any of my family or friends :)”
