“My experience at National Mattress in Etobicoke was very positive. The young man, Eden, who showed me around the place was very cooperative and, having been a furniture & appliance salesman myself in my early days, I was very thankful for his constructive approach, which included a lot of the qualities that my father taught me many years ago about being a good salesman: Do not try to push the customer into high profit or expensive items, but rather ask questions to determine personal needs and preferences. Do provide as much detailed information that the customer seems interested in receiving. Above all, encourage the customer to make his own decisions by letting him try a wide variety of different mattresses and take as long as he needs to make a decision. His patient and knowledgeable approach was much appreciated and I ended up choosing a mattress which was far from the most expensive but has proven to be an excellent choice for me at this point in my life. Delivery was very prompt and on time and included setting the new mattress up in place and removing my old one to the curb, which also very much appreciated. I would highly recommend National Mattress both for excellent value and for efficient, constructive advice and direction from the young man who took care of me.”
