How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium
“The delivery of the mattress was on time and well coordinated. Regarding the mattress, I have used it for almost a month and it has already started to sank in the mid and on the sides. It is causing me a lot of back pain. I will have to replace it or probably buy a mattress topper. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone.”

“I had a foam mattress and decided to change as I was having back pains. Happy to say after 3 weeks sleeping on this mattress my pain is almost gone. Would definitely recommend this product. Delivery was on time and professional. Thanks much.”

“This mattress definately matches the cheap price, it's so springy and uncomfortable and not suitable for humans. It's both firm and also so jiggly and unsupportive. However the customer service of National Mattress was outstanding, so that adds a star!”
