“Very disappointed with the product.. because i am getting severe back pain when i sleep and when my wife called the customer service guy ..he was like we cannot exchange the mattress.. instead they said we need to pay an exchange fee. I don’t understand what their warranty is covered. I don’t recommend this product to any one because poor quality and we are just dumping all our money for it.”
