“We purchased a firm mattress because we were told we could change it if we find it too hard. I started having back pain due to the hardness of the mattress and I called the location, they didn’t do anything about it instead, they was making fun of us”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“My spouse and I used to have severe back and general body pains from just sleeping until we slept on the extra-firm mattress from NM - No more pains. The best thing about the mattress is that it is super firm but it doesn't feel like I am sleeping on a rock or hard floor. I also appreciate the fact that their mattresses are locally made. As for the delivery was prompt and hassle free. I am thinking about purchasing my next set of beddings from NM because I have come to trust their quality.”
