The NM Hi-loft Elite 12" extra-firm tight top mattress is a true extra-firm pocket-coil hybrid. It features 1,000 Canadian-made Hi-Loft coils under a 3" high-density comfort layer, standing 12" (30.5 cm) tall. This mattress is designed for back and stomach sleepers who prefer a flat, no-sink surface. Key features include 1,000 individually pocketed, Canadian-made 13-gauge coils that respond point by point, a true 10/10 extra-firm feel, and a taut tight-top surface. The mattress also features a foam encasement edge guard for optimal support right to the rail, a breathable cotton-blend cover for temperature-regulating airflow, and CertiPUR-US certified foams that are fiberglass-free and adjustable-base compatible. The mattress is made in Canada and comes with a 365-night sleep trial.

“Very disappointing experience with this company. Their return policy is extremely unclear and misleading. There is no proper mention of disposal requirements, donation options, or any non-reimbursement of disposal fees in their return conditions. The only thing mentioned is pickup, but in reality, customers outside Ontario are told to handle everything themselves. If you are not in Ontario, they do not accept returns. Instead, they ask you to dispose of the mattress on your own, at your own cost, which is not clearly stated anywhere upfront. On top of that, the mattress quality does not match what is advertised. It does not feel like a premium or high-quality product as claimed. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying from this company. If you are considering a mattress, it’s better to go directly to well-known brands with clear return policies and better product quality.”
