“I’ve owned this mattress for 6 months and it has completely collapsed down the midsection. As a result I now feel like I’m sleeping on a slope. Of course, the manufacturer will cover the mattress - but we, friends, are responsible for all the costs related to delivery and return of the mattress. After weeks. Buy. A. Serta.”
