“The company sent 1 delivery person to deliver the box spring. He was unable to get it up the stairs by himself. He spent 2 hours trying to do this. I was helping as well and actually injured myself doing so. He said that the company is supposed to send 2 delivery people but did not. He tried and made extreme damage to my walls, ceilings and railings. The company has NOT rectified this situation. I was left with DAMAGE AND NO PRODUCT!!!!”

“We bought a new boxspring. to replace the old one which was squeaking. The new one is starting to squeak. Is the reason for this, because it is made of wood and not steel? Gord Macfarlane (905) 648-1161”
