“The company sent 1 delivery person to deliver the box spring. He was unable to get it up the stairs by himself. He spent 2 hours trying to do this. I was helping as well and actually injured myself doing so. He said that the company is supposed to send 2 delivery people but did not. He tried and made extreme damage to my walls, ceilings and railings. The company has NOT rectified this situation. I was left with DAMAGE AND NO PRODUCT!!!!”
