“This was my first time shopping at the National Mattress Outlet and it was probably one of the easiest and no pressure furniture shopping experience I've ever had. I was helped by both Henry and Arnold who explained everything I needed to know. The level of customer service impeccable and they even went as far to tell me about all the applicable promotions for the most savings. Ive never been to another furniture store where the employees actively try and apply any and every promotion to help the customer get the best deal possible. Henery and Arnold both had a wealth of knowledge on the different types of mattresses that really helped me with the selection process. Overall I'd highly recommend visiting them them as they've got a good variety of items and the best pricing.”

“The store allowed me to test all the mattresses there to make an informed decision. I rated it a 4 because even though the mattress is firm which is how I like it, it could have been firmer and I regret not testing out the firmer mattress long enough to realize it would have been better for me. Still enjoying my mattress once I got used to it being softer than my old one.”

“We decided to get this mattress after regirous research. The sales guys at warehouse helped us finalize. The euro top provides a comfy softness the moment you land on mattress and the pocket coils porvide sufficient suport to not sink you down. Perfect mattress for mid range budget.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“The mattress came with issues. It's top euro form holding stitches come off when delivered. I tried to get a replaced but they told its excess threads what a jock. I sent them multiple pics and no use. Really bad experience. Now I hope it last for the price I payed.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“I wasn't in at the time of delivery, when I checked the mattress over while in the bag nothing seemed to be wrong, but when the bag was removed the were two tears at the lower seam near the product tag. Sucks. The mattress it self has done wonders in helping me with my back and hip pains.”
