How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“It’s a really good mattress, but if you want your mattress to be firm, I wouldn’t recommend this model. I’d say it’s somewhere between medium and firm. I ended up returning it and getting the SERTA Perfect Sleeper Premium 14” Extra-Firm, which is perfect for me. I recommend going to the store to try them out before buying, just to be sure.”

“I recently purchased the Graydon Firm queen mattress from National Mattress in North York, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The mattress is of excellent quality and offers the proper support and comfort for a great night's sleep. What stood out to me was the service I received from the salesperson. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions honestly and straightforwardly. I truly appreciated their guidance in helping me choose the right mattress. The delivery process was also great. The delivery team called ahead to confirm the timing, which I found very considerate. “Overall very good. However some nights it feels a bit firmer and other night so much so. May be the way I sleep? I think I may prefer a more traditional topped mattress.”
