How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“We went from a Bloom (“mattress in a box”) from Sleep Country to this. The Bloom was VERY firm, minimal give and my husband and I were having back pain, poor sleeps etc. We both like pillow top mattresses, but are concerned about “sagging” that may be possible with a soft mattress. We decided on this one after weeks of research, and thanks to COVID, were not able to test or touch it before purchase. I always question reviews that say “back pain was gone immediately”, because... come on. My back pain took a week or two to feel better, but the only change was this mattress (and we’re talking 1.5+ months of back pain every morning). I would not say this mattress overall is “plush”, but the pillow top is definitely soft. The core of the mattress under it feels supportive. My husband and I are both just under 6’, he’s 200lbs, I’m 170, and we have no sagging or visible wear yet (we bought a King). I would recommend this mattress, especially for the price. We’ve only had it for ~90 days, so I can’t speak much to longevity, but if we get ~7 years out of it, we’ll be happy. Delivery was fairly simple, due to COVID they couldn’t bring it up to the room, which would have been nice to know prior.”
