How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“It does not provide adequte back support feeling more like a medium than a medium firm mattress. The side sinks down too much when sitting on it. The temperature is a little on the hot side-not as cool as I need it. Best regards, Sharon Thompson”

“Fantastic Mattress! Did a mattress exchange on a an another mattress first bought which was too firm. I used the Comfort IQ rating section to determine the right exchange, and am pleased to have done this. The Sealy Posturepedic is awesome. From night 1 my sore back and body pains were gone. Feels like a Hotel Quality Mattress. The service received from the sales rep Yaman first class. He assisted with the initial purchase and then the exchange which was a seamless process. He was on point with all dealings and would like to thank him for that.”

“Great purchasing experience at the Markham location. Team there was very helpful and friendly, no-pressure sales. Took a couple days to adjust to our new mattress, but have no bad things to say thus far after a few weeks of use. Happy with our purchase.”
