How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“I honestly could not be more happy with this mattress. It was one of the best purchases I've ever made, and when I have people over I regularly get compliments about how comfortable it is. I feel as if I am sleeping in a 5 star hotel every night. Its the perfect mix of sleeping on a cloud and still have good support. I truly could not have imagined a better mattress.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Plush

“The good: Very comfortable. Perfect medium firm feel. Slept so well the first night i had to push myself to get out of bed. The bad: smaller than standard size (i bought a full size) thus leaving 2x1 inch gaps along bedframe which caused shifting/sliding issues. Very annoying. But on website incorrect measurements are listed. Misleading. After sleeping on the mattress for more than a week, the middle went from medium firm to plush and i sunk in more. Seems the foam loosens up over time especially if you are on the heavier side. However, mattress is still medium firm along the 4 sides its just in the middle that its gone soft. Conclusion: If you are under 160 to 175 pounds this mattress would be best. If you are 200+ id look at something else as the foam i feel isnt strong enough to maintain its firmness with a heavier weight sleeping on it. Measure everything including your bedframe and the mattress before you purchase and esp before you accept the delivery. If the mattress is smaller than your frame, it will slide around! And you will be constantly adjusting it numerous times per day.”

“The mattress is good but it’s short in terms of length. I informed customer service. It’s great to experience excellent customer service to lodge a ticket with manufacturer with exact specs and item number. But, wish I didn’t have to experience this defect.”
