How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“Husband had open heart surgery over a hear ago. Finally with the adjustable bed his lower leg and foot swelling has gone. Been great to elevate foot above his heart. Now with no swelling his shoes fit right again. He will be able to wear his winter boots this year. All good news for him with his new bed and mattress.”
