How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“Ad states that this is a firm mattress but I find it a medium for my requirements. Pillow top is plush and not as supportive as I would like. After two months the matress is getting lumpy and uneven. I fear th is will not last long and am sorry I paid so much for this product.”
