How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“I've been using the Serta 850 Edition Queen Size Firm Pillow Top Mattress for a few weeks and so far it's been a good experience. The mattress offers solid support, especially in the lower back area, and the pillow top adds a bit of softness without making it feel too plush. The CoolFeel fabric helps keep the mattress from getting too warm at night, and the antimicrobial fibre layer is a nice added feature. It feels well made and comfortable for back and stomach sleeping.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“Great mattress! I upgraded from an old medium firm mattress that just wasn't cutting it anymore and had some bad sagging. I'm a side sleeper (and on the larger side) but this mattress is the perfect firmness for me. The pillow top means I'm not uncomfortable but the support is far better than my old mattress ever was. My back pain has improved and I'm sleeping through the night far more consistently. Had zero issues with the delivery to my house and the pair getting it up to the room was fantastic.”

“Firmness is perfect. It is not super firm, and it is not super plush. I tried multiple mattresses, and once I tried this I immediately said this is the one.”
