“Very firm. Not for everyone. We like it and we added our own toppers on each side so my wife and I have exactly what we want. Also, the buying and delivery experience were both excellent.”

“This bed is firm with support. As someone with lower back issue, this bed is doing great. However, I wouldn't say this is extra firm. This is more just firm. National Mattress have more firmer mattress then this, but not as comfortable as this. I love this bed. I hope it will last many years to come as the price is not cheap.”
