“After 7 months there is a dip on both sides of mattress where we sleep. We are not big people and feel this should not happen. The sides of the mattress are also sloping. We do not sit on the sides. We have reached out to seta directly and to national mattress support team. We have had no good results year as to a fix.”

“The jury’s still out on this mattress. Been waking up with neck issues in spite of pillow changes and this was not a problem with my previous mattress. Going to continue to try, but this could be a case where I’d like to request an exchange from the store.”

“When I checked out this mattress at the store, it seemed super comfortable and perfect. After receiving the mattress and I’ve been sleeping on it for about a month, I’m not sure that it’s quite the right fit for me! It’s a bit too soft for my liking. Initially the mattress was firm for the first week, and after that it started becoming softer.”
