“I looked around the display showroom getting help from one of the friendly sales people. There was no push to buy a mattress, just lots of help. I decided that the mattress I bought was the one I thought would be better. The mattress was delivered the next day, as promised. The delivery team were quick, having no problem getting the mattress up an awkward stair and landing. The mattress has been more comfortable than I expected. No more sore back, hips or shoulders. I noticed after having the mattress for over a month that the price had dropped, it was on clearance. I applied for the post-purchase protection which refunds the difference in price. A great benefit for National customers.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“So far, this mattress is the perfect combination, pillow top with the right amount of give and firmness to give us the support needed. The construction and fabric does seem to allow for airflow which ensures a 'cooler' sleep experience. My husband often sweats profusely at night, this is not happening with this Serta mattress. i guess, we'll see if this is true during summer nights, but so far, we really like this mattress.”
