“Very comfortable mattress after the break in period. It took about 2 weeks or so but now it is exactly like the showroom. My sleep quality has improved so much that I wish I would have switched earlier.”

“If you want to feel like you are sleeping on a cloud, this is the mattress for you, it's plush yet supportive and one of the best purchases I have ever made. Truthfully, I feel like I also won the lottery finding National Mattress. I was looking for mattresses for months, a google search landed me on this company and although it was a 1 hour drive from My home, I would have e driven 3 more hours to experience the service and support of the staff. No pressure sales, the staff acknowledges the customers but not aggressively. We were basically told to try as many mattresses as we wanted and to TAKE OUR TIME. Any and all of my questions were answered kindly amd without hesitation. A large purchase of this value is not something I typically commit to right away. I like to think things through, i knew the moment I laid on the mattress that that was the one for me. I'm so grateful and impressed with my experience. Thank you so much. I haven't slept this well since I was in my mother's tummy. -Stacy MacDougall”

“Terrible. I exchanged a mattress that was too firm for this one, the most expensive "top of the line" Serra Perfect Sleeper that seemed like a reputable brand. But within 2 nights the big hole was already forming where I sleep. Since you can only exchange once I'm now stuck with a mattress I paid almost 2k for that will probrably end up on the curb as soon as I can find a replacement. I will never purchase from National Mattress again that was a huge mistake.”
