How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“Great price, can't beat the price. The guy working at the desk (the woodbine branch) is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Shipping was super fast too and flexible. Highly recommended. I obviously love the bed since I tried it at the store. They also got wipes and plastic covering all the mattress, so you can comfortably try out all the mattress”
