“We purchased our new attress at the Etobicoke store. We arranged a complete delivery and carry out service 2 weeks in advance. The truck arrived Tuesday with only one driver and failed to fulfill our agreement for delivery. Mattress was left sitting on the porch. I'm alone in my late 70's so I can't do anything with this. After some time of "sorry we can't come back until next Friday", I demanded a full cancellation of the purchase and refund. We timed delivery for garbage day for next day pickup and had no intension of having a mattress sit on the lawn for 2 weeks. After some time, the store called back and arranged a two man crew next morning. TOO LATE for the pickup. Not impressed with your dedication to customer service and time management as the store had two weeks notice to arrange something. For now mattress is as expected. Sales dedication not so much. Not even a small rebate offfered for their error and our inconvenience.”
