“I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for about 2 months, and I can confidently say it’s been a great purchase. The Serta Perfect Sleeper 12" Firm Hybrid feels firm but still comfortable, not rock-hard, and it provides solid, consistent support throughout the night. I’m a combination sleeper, and the mattress does a great job supporting different positions without feeling unstable or saggy. The 3-zoned coil system really shows its value. My lower back feels well-supported, and I don’t wake up with the stiffness or aches I used to have. I’ve noticed less back pain, better overall sleep quality, and I wake up feeling more rested. One of the biggest standouts is temperature control. The CoolFeel fabric actually works. This mattress sleeps noticeably cooler than others I’ve owned, which has made a real difference in how well I sleep through the night. Overall, this mattress strikes a great balance between firmness, comfort, and cooling.
